I am an attorney working in Salt Lake. My love for teaching began when I started teaching at the MTC in 1995. I worked there for my four years of undergrad at BYU. Since then, it seems my church callings have all been centered around teaching (sunday school presidency, teacher improvement instructor, elders quorum teacher, and now gospel doctrine teacher). I've found that everything I learned about teaching in the MTC has translated into skills that I use for more than just teaching the gospel. It's amazing how those same skills can be used in the courtroom - whether making oral arguments to a judge or jury, or just writing a court brief. I love teaching and am excited about the opportunity this site presents.
